Refund Policy

At Mile to Midnight, we strive to ensure your comfort and satisfaction, because, let's face it, you're the best. If you're unhappy with your purchase, we'll find a solution for you.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our Customer Support team at hello@miletomidnight.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Once your return is authorized, you'll receive instructions on how to send your item(s) back.
  3. Securely package the item(s) and ship them to the provided address.

Return Fee

All returns are subject to a $9.95 return fee, which will be deducted from your refund amount.

Refunds

Refunds can be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, based on your preference. Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we'll process your refund within 7–10 business days.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, used products are non-returnable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at hello@miletomidnight.com within 7 days of delivery. Provide your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll assist you promptly.
