Act fast! Once an order is placed, we have a very short window to update addresses. Email us immediately at hello@miletomidnight.com with your order number and corrected address. After shipping, you’ll need to work directly with the carrier (UPS/USPS).

You can track your order using the tracking number provided in your mail.

We can’t modify orders after they’re placed, but you’re welcome to place a new order and return the original (just note the $10 return fee).

Lost in transit? Contact UPS/USPS first with your tracking number—they’ll investigate. If they confirm it’s gone, email us with the incident number, and we’ll help! 

Stolen after delivery? Unfortunately, we can’t replace stolen packages (like most brands, including Parachute and Brooklinen), but we recommend filing a report with the carrier or local authorities.

We’re so sorry if something didn’t arrive in perfect condition—we’ll make it right! Here’s what to do:

  • Photos of the damage (so we can improve our packaging!)
  • Your order number

No return fee! Unlike standard returns, we’ll cover all costs for replacements/refunds. Our team will review and respond within 24–48 hours.

Plastic mailers: Curbside recyclable (or find a drop-off).

Cardboard boxes: Also recyclable!  If your local recycling program does not accept this type of material, you can find a drop-off location near you by following this link.

They’re ready to use straight out of the package (sanitary and soft!), but you can wash them first if you prefer.
